Great Start Collaborative is offering 3 free classes for Tuscola County parents of 18-24 month toddlers. In this class, parents and toddlers will play games and do activities to learn about toddler brain development, emotions, and building connections. Participants of all 3 classes will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card from a generous grant. Space is limited to 10 parents with their toddlers.
