Freezing and Blanching on-line course

In Partnership with MSU Extention we will be presenting an on-line course in vegetable preservation. The focus on this class will be Blanching and freezing. This will be the first in a four part series on food preservation. To join us simply register by calling the library at 989-823-2171 or email: pam@vassarlibrary.org. The course is free but we will need your email to send you a link.
